MTNetworks SFP+ 16G LR Fiber Channel 1310nm 10km

The MTNetworks MT-SFP+-16X-LR is a 14.025Gbps SFP+ optical transceiver designed for high-speed optical communication over single-mode fiber (SMF). Utilizing a 1310 nm DFB laser transmitter and a PIN photodiode receiver, the module supports transmission distances of up to 10 km. It is optimized for Tri-Rate 4.25/8.5/14.025G Fibre Channel applications, delivering reliable long-reach optical connectivity for storage area networks, enterprise infrastructure, and optical transport systems.

Designed in a hot-pluggable SFP+ form factor, the module features a duplex LC optical connector, integrated Digital Diagnostic Monitoring (DDM) compliant with SFF-8472, and full interoperability with the SFP+ Multi-Source Agreement (MSA). Real-time monitoring of temperature, supply voltage, laser bias current, transmit optical power, and receive optical power simplifies network management, making the transceiver suitable for Fibre Channel storage networks, enterprise switching, high-performance computing, and carrier optical transport applications.
