MTNetworks SFP 2.5G SR SDH/STM-16 SONET/OC-48 850nm 300m

The MTNetworks MT-SFP-OC48-SR is a high-performance 2.5G SFP optical transceiver designed for SONET OC-48, SDH STM-16, Fibre Channel, enterprise backbone, and short-distance optical communication over multimode fiber. Supporting data rates up to 2.5 Gbps, the module enables reliable optical transmission over Multi-Mode Fiber (MMF) up to 300 meters using an 850 nm VCSEL laser transmitter.

The module integrates an 850 nm VCSEL laser transmitter, high-sensitivity PIN photodiode receiver with TIA, built-in Digital Diagnostic Monitoring (DDM), and a hot-pluggable SFP form factor. Designed for high-speed short-reach optical links, it provides stable performance, low power consumption, and full compatibility with industry-standard SFP interfaces.
