The MTNetworks MT-SFP28-ER-60A/B is a high-performance 25G SFP28 BiDi optical transceiver designed for carrier Ethernet, metro transport, enterprise backbone, mobile fronthaul, and data center interconnect applications. Supporting 25 Gigabit Ethernet, this module utilizes single-fiber bidirectional (BiDi) transmission to deliver reliable 25 Gigabit connectivity over single-mode fiber up to 60 km with Forward Error Correction (FEC). Without FEC, the module supports transmission distances up to 40 km.

Featuring an EML laser transmitter, APD receiver, Digital Diagnostic Monitoring (DDM), and a hot-pluggable SFP28 form factor, the MT-SFP28-ER-60A/B provides excellent optical performance for long-distance 25G optical links while minimizing fiber usage through simplex LC connectivity.
