Albedo Telecom Rugged PTP/NTP Clock Net.Time τ

The ALBEDO Telecom Net.Time τ is a rugged PTP/NTP/SyncE clock designed to provide accurate phase, time, and frequency synchronization across modern packet networks and legacy telecom infrastructures. It can operate as a Master, Slave, or Boundary Clock and supports synchronization references including GNSS, PTP, SyncE, ToD, PPS, T1/E1, and MHz signals. The platform is designed for applications requiring reliable timing distribution with redundant reference inputs and outputs.

The Net.Time τ features dual 1 Gb/s optical and electrical Ethernet interfaces, hierarchical clock reference selection, automatic reference switchover, and oscillator options including TCXO, OCXO, OCXO HQ, Rubidium, and Rubidium HQ. It supports PTP profiles including IEEE 1588-2008 Annex J, ITU-T G.8265.1, G.8275.1, and G.8275.2, together with NTP, SyncE, GNSS, legacy T1/E1 timing, ToD, PPS, and frequency interfaces. The platform uses a 1U rack-mount form factor with redundant power supply options and is designed for operation in demanding telecom and infrastructure environments.
