Albedo Telecom Network Tester for Power Utilities ZEUS

The ALBEDO Telecom Zeus ZEUS.HH is a battery-operated network tester designed for installation and maintenance of power utility communications. It supports concurrent Ethernet/IP traffic generation and analysis up to 1 Gb/s, including multi-stream traffic, PHY/ETH/IP/UDP reflection, QoS analysis, lossless wire-speed forwarding, traffic capture, and protocol analysis. The platform supports Ethernet/IP, PRP, Synchronous Ethernet, IEEE 1588 PTP, NTP, IEC 61850 GOOSE and SV, T1/E1, IEEE C37.94, G.703 E0, Datacom, voice frequency, and clock synchronization testing.

The ZEUS.HH provides two 1 Gigabit Ethernet RJ-45 ports and two SFP-compatible interfaces, with GNSS input via SMA and additional clock reference interfaces for GNSS, IRIG-B, E1, T1, 2048 kHz, 1544 kHz, 5 MHz, 10 MHz, 1 PPS, 1PP2S, and ToD. It supports RFC 2544 and ITU-T Y.1564 automatic testing, PTP and NTP analysis, IEC 61850 latency analysis, PRP endpoint emulation, and lossless traffic capture with PCAP/PCAPNG export. The instrument features an 8-inch TFT colour touchscreen, USB, RS-232/V.24 console, Ethernet management, optional Wi-Fi, SNMP/VNC remote control, PDF report generation, LiPo battery operation, IP54 protection, and operation from −10°C to +45°C.
